Lilywood, QLD – Lilywood Landings Display Village
This project was designed for Simonds, a builder looking to showcase their latest display home at the Lilywood Landings Display Village. The Riverway 26 is a four-bedroom single-storey sanctuary tailored for 14m+ blocks, featuring a central open-plan living area and bedrooms strategically positioned for privacy.
To capture this home’s layout and design, the client paired a standard suite of 20 property photos (including lifestyle and detail shots) with our premium 2-minute cinematic ‘Studio Showcase’ package.
To elevate the production, they opted for the Full Agent Commentary add-on, providing a high-end, guided experience:
- Guided Presentation: Includes a full agent walkthrough featuring professional on-camera intro and outro segments.
- Flexible Audio Integration: The package features sections of agent voice-over where appropriate. This can be filmed on set or supplied as an audio file at any time for Studio Rob to seamlessly integrate into the final edit.
- Seamless Execution: We provided a full brief and supplied the commentary script on the day of the shoot.
- Simplified Budgeting: When Full Agent Commentary is ordered as an add-on to the Studio Showcase, all script preparation and filming support are fully included in the package price.
