Bells Creek, QLD – Aura Display Village
This project showcases the Aquila, the first luxury three-storey terrace display home in the new Aura Display Village. Despite being built on a compact 129sqm footprint, the design delivers over 300sqm of living space, utilizing clever vertical design to offer multiple living zones, private retreats, and alfresco areas without compromise.
To capture the scale and unique layout of this three-level terrace, the client selected a versatile media suite:
- Photography: A standard 20 photo package, capturing the property’s architectural highlights along with lifestyle and detail shots.
- Cinematic Video: Our 2-minute ‘Studio Showcase’ package, providing a comprehensive, high-end cinematic tour of the home’s three levels.
- Social Media Optimization: The client also added a 1-minute ‘Studio Social’ reel. Since they post frequently on social platforms, this shorter, fast-paced video was the ideal tool to maximize their digital reach.
- High-Impact Editing: For the social reel, the client requested a very quick, punchy pace designed specifically to “stop the scroll.” Studio Rob delivered exactly the energy they were looking for, and the client was thrilled with the final result.
- Signature Detail Shots: The client particularly loved the detail shots included in both videos. These shots are a Studio Rob classic touch, specifically designed into every video to highlight the intricate architectural and design features that make a home unique.
