Photography & Videography

• Photography and videography including aerial capture are conducted during daytime conditions unless otherwise agreed.
• Property photos consist of wide-angle interior and exterior images captured in a traditional real estate style. Detail and lifestyle photos are captured where suitable opportunities exist within the property. The number of these images may vary depending on the size of the property and available opportunities on the day. If the full number of detail or lifestyle images cannot be captured, a pricing adjustment may be applied.
• Aerial photography is subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safe operating conditions.
• Video durations refer to the final edited video length. Please ensure the correct video format (widescreen 16:9 or vertical) is selected when booking, as this cannot be changed after filming.
• Requests for additional photos, video or custom services may be accommodated upon request.

Property Preparation & Access

• Please ensure the property is clean, tidy, decluttered, presentation-ready and fully accessible at the scheduled shoot time so we can achieve the best results. 
• Small items may be adjusted to improve composition (such as cushions or small décor items). Moving large furniture (tables, sofas/lounges, beds, outdoor furniture etc.) is not included as part of the shoot.

Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is due prior to final media delivery.
• An invoice will be sent shortly after booking confirmation.

Travel Fees

• Travel within 25 km of Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast is included.
• Properties located further away may incur a travel fee of $1 per km for the additional return distance beyond 25 km. Please check with us prior to booking to confirm.

Media Delivery

• Media is typically delivered within 24 – 72 hours, depending on the services ordered.

Photo Editing

• Virtual enhancements and aerial overlays are available as editing services and can be applied to Studio Rob images that have already been purchased.

Booking Requirements

• A minimum order value of $220 applies to all shoots. If selected services total less than this amount, the order total will be adjusted to meet the minimum. Agents and long-term clients may have different terms.
• Site plans must be purchased together with a floor plan.

Weather Conditions

• Exterior photography, videography and aerial drone capture are subject to suitable weather conditions.
• If weather conditions are unsuitable, the shoot may be rescheduled to ensure the best results.
