This short-form video is ideal for creating immediate visual impact, showcasing the property’s position, scale, and setting in a clean, cinematic style. Professionally edited with colour grading, optional music, and branding, the final result is a polished, engaging video suited for online listings and social media.
Any video requirements outside the scope of the Studio Rob packages will require a tailored quote. This includes, but is not limited to, extended filming duration and sunrise or sunset footage.

The Studio Showcase package is a 2-minute cinematic property video designed to showcase your home in its entirety through a combination of interior and exterior ground-based filming. Using smooth, professionally stabilised footage and thoughtful composition, the video highlights the flow, space, and key features of the property, creating a refined and engaging viewing experience that resonates with potential buyers.
This package focuses on storytelling and presentation, capturing both the finer details and the overall feel of the home. Optional aerial footage can be included to further enhance the final result, providing additional context and visual impact where desired. The finished video is carefully edited with colour grading, optional music, and branding to deliver a polished, high-end result suitable for listings and marketing.

What Is Agent Commentary?
Agent commentary is an optional add-on that can be added to the Studio Showcase Package. It brings a personal touch to your property video through on-camera and/or voiceover segments from the agent. It helps build connection, highlight key features and add more personality to the listing.
Professional audio equipment is used for a clean, high-quality finish.
Agent Intro & Outro
A short on-camera segment or voiceover at the beginning and end of the video. Perfect for introducing the property and wrapping it up with key selling points or a call to action.

Agent Walkthrough
A more detailed, on-camera walkthrough of the home. The agent guides viewers through key areas (typically kitchen, living, dining and master) speaking naturally about features and flow.
This is edited seamlessly with cinematic footage, using a mix of on-camera audio and/or voiceover depending on what suits the video best. Guidance is provided on the day to help you look and sound your best on camera.
Full agent commentary videos typically run between 2 and 3 minutes, most often closer to 3 minutes.
Understanding Aerial Footage
When purchasing the Studio Showcase package, aerial footage is available as an optional add-on that adds a cinematic perspective to your property video. It is typically used in short segments at the beginning and end to introduce the home and create a smooth, polished finish.
Clip length can vary depending on the location, with properties on acreage or those featuring standout views – such as coastal or scenic surroundings – benefiting most from this addition.
Choosing Your Video Orientation
Videos can be filmed in either landscape (16:9) or vertical format, and this choice must be made prior to the shoot as the orientation cannot be changed in post-production. Vertical video is often better suited for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, while landscape (16:9) offers a more polished, cinematic feel and is generally preferred for real estate listings. Uploading landscape videos to social media can sometimes result in cropping, which may cut off important details on the left and right of the frame.
At the end of the day, the choice comes down to preference – however, only one orientation can be selected per video, as each format requires a completely different approach when filming.
