Our professional 2D Site Plans provide a clear, top-down view of the property, helping buyers understand the home’s position on the land, boundary lines, access points, and overall layout. Each plan illustrates the building footprint, driveway, and key outdoor areas in a clean, easy-to-read format, available in colour or black & white.
Pricing & Lot Size
Pricing is based on total lot size (measured within the property boundary lines). Properties over 2000m² require a custom quotation – please get in touch to discuss your project. Roofed outdoor areas such as terraces, patios, and alfresco spaces can also be included for a complete representation of usable space.
Optional Detail Upgrade
An enhanced option is available for listings requiring additional detail, including; pergolas, internal fencing, sheds, pools, retaining walls, landscaping zones, garden beds, pathways, driveways, carports, detached garages, and water tanks – ideal for showcasing valuable external improvements.
Floor Plan Requirement
A current Floor Plan is required to ensure up-to-date measurement accuracy and consistency. For this reason, Site Plans are available exclusively as an add-on to a Floor Plan and cannot be ordered as a standalone service.
