The Samsara 296 is a stylish four-bedroom home designed to embrace the iconic Queensland indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The property is packed with premium textures, from polished concrete flooring and raked ceilings to a bespoke kitchen featuring stone benchtops and a walk-in pantry.
To showcase these high-end finishes, the client requested a comprehensive media suite:
- Photography: A standard 20 premium property photo package, focusing on the rich textures and architectural highlights.
- Cinematic Video: Our 2-minute ‘Studio Showcase’ package, providing a polished, cinematic walkthrough of the home’s flow and design.
Overcoming the Elements
Conditions on the day of the shoot were less than ideal, with heavy overcast skies threatening to dull the home’s vibrant palette. To ensure the final assets met our professional standards, we pivoted our technical approach:
- Strategic Lighting: We introduced additional lighting equipment on-site to compensate for the flat natural light and ensure the interior remained bright and inviting.
- Enhanced Post-Production: We applied extra editing and color grading to properly bring out the rich textures and correct the exposure, ensuring the colors popped as if it were a perfectly sunny Queensland day.
Despite the weather, the final result perfectly captured the warmth and luxury of the Samsara 296.
