Photography & Videography

• All photography and videography is captured during daytime conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Property photos refer to wide-angle interior and exterior images captured in a traditional real estate style.
• Detail and lifestyle photos will be captured in accordance with the selected package. Every reasonable effort will be made to achieve the number of detail images ordered. However, this is subject to property size and available opportunities on the day. If this is not realistically achievable, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
• Video durations refer to the final edited length.
• Video orientation (widescreen 16:9 or vertical social format) must be selected at the time of booking. Vertical videos cannot be created from landscape footage during post-production.
• Exterior photography and videography, including aerial drone capture, is subject to suitable weather conditions and cannot be conducted in rain or strong winds.
• Agent branding (logo, name, and contact details) may be added to photography and/or video deliverables at no additional cost.
• All videos include licensed music selected to suit the property and edit style. Clients may request a preferred music style where available.
• Agent-led commentary is available as an optional add-on, starting from $150. This base price includes a short on-camera segment at the beginning and end of the video. For agents requesting commentary throughout the full video, either via additional on-camera segments or a complete voice-over, additional fees will apply. Final pricing will be confirmed based on the level of involvement and recording time required.

Property Preparation & On-Site Time

• Properties must be presented in a photography and video-ready condition at the scheduled shoot time, tidy, decluttered, and free of personal items.
• Any additional on-site preparation or extended filming time requested by the client, or required due to the property not being presentation-ready, may incur an additional fee.
• On-site duration varies depending on the selected package and add-ons. Estimated timeframes can be provided at the time of booking.

Aerial Photography

• Aerial imagery is subject to suitable weather, airspace restrictions, and safe operating conditions.
• Aerial photography must be booked in conjunction with another Studio Rob service.
• Any shot preferences must be communicated at the time of booking. If no preferences are provided, creative and operational decisions will be made at Studio Rob’s professional discretion.

Delivery Timeframes

• Final edited photos, floor plans, and site plans are delivered within 24 hours of the completed shoot.
• Final property videos are delivered within 72 hours of shoot completion.

Photo Edits & Add-ons

• Location tagging and boundary overlays, along with virtual twilight, virtual staging, virtual lawn replacement, and virtual decluttering, are provided as editing-only add-ons. Pricing applies to the edit of an existing Studio Rob image already purchased through a package or individual service.
• Photo edit add-ons are provided for marketing purposes only.
• All edited imagery is representational in nature and may differ slightly from real-world appearance or conditions.
• Requests for additional photos beyond package inclusions, or extra add-ons, may be accommodated upon request. Please contact Studio Rob to arrange custom pricing.

Floor & Site Plans

• Floor and site plans are provided for marketing and illustrative purposes only and are not intended for architectural, construction, or legal use.
• All measurements and layouts are approximate and should be independently verified if required.
• Any plans supplied for redraw must be clear, complete, and legible to be considered eligible for redraw services.
• 3D floor plans are representational visuals and may vary slightly from real-world proportions.
• Floor and site plans are available only when booked in conjunction with Studio Rob photography or videography services.

Weather, Access & Rescheduling

• Exterior and aerial photography and videography is subject to suitable weather conditions. In the event of unsuitable weather, Studio Rob may recommend rescheduling.
• If property access is unavailable at the scheduled time and a shoot must be postponed or rescheduled, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Travel

• For bookings located more than 30km from Maroochydore, a travel fee will apply to cover additional travel costs.
