To capture the heart of this home, the client selected a tailored media package:
- Cinematic Video: They opted for our 2-minute ‘Studio Showcase’ package. This production utilizes a professional mix of sweeping wide-angle shots to show off the layout, blended with intimate detail shots to highlight the textures and styling – bringing a high-end cinematic quality to the final film.
- Expanded Photo Suite: The client ordered 20 high-quality property photos along with 5 detail and lifestyle shots. At Studio Rob, our philosophy is to always capture a few more frames than ordered; we provided several extra shots to ensure the client was never disappointed and had a versatile library of content to choose from for their website and social media.
Technical Excellence
The Sunshine Coast is known for its light, but the sky was quite cloudy during this particular shoot. To ensure the property looked its best and stayed true to the region’s vibrant aesthetic, we performed:
- Sky Replacements: We added professional blue sky replacements to all exterior shots.
- Window Pull Views: We meticulously edited the views through the windows to bring out those iconic Sunshine Coast colors, ensuring the indoor-outdoor connection remained bright and inviting regardless of the weather.
