Cinematic Property Film
Our Studio Motion package includes a cinematic widescreen 16:9 two-minute feature video, designed to showcase the property as a complete, flowing experience. The video combines aerial footage seamlessly integrated with wider walkthrough-style shots and refined detail sequences – highlighting lifestyle, architectural lines, fixtures, fittings, materials, and feature lighting throughout the home.
Each video is gimbal-stabilised, professionally colour-graded using high-end editing software, and paired with a licensed background track selected to suit the mood of the property (client choice available). Agent-led commentary and agent branding – including logo, name, and contact details – can be optionally included at no additional cost, and is integrated cleanly into the final edit.
Interior, Exterior & Detail Photography
Our Studio Still Package includes comprehensive coverage of the home, with multiple wide-angle images captured for each living space (typically 2-4 images per space plus a range of detail and close-up shots to highlight craftsmanship, finishes, and design elements.
All images are professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery, allowing clients to select their preferred final images.
Agent branding- including logo, name, and contact details – can be optionally included at no additional cost.
